Check before you pay

With cash on delivery you can open and check your product at the door before paying the rider. If it’s wrong or damaged, you can refuse it.

Eligible items can be returned within the stated return window. Some items (for hygiene reasons, such as opened cosmetics) may not be returnable.

If you paid a ৳200 advance or online and your order is cancelled or returned, that amount is refunded to you.
